Les Masterson

Les Masterson has covered insurance for more than a decade. He covered health care and health insurance for HealthLeaders Media. Les wrote a weekly column, and hosted a podcast during the height of the health reform debate that culminated with the Affordable Care Act.

Beyond health insurance, Les covers life insurance, auto insurance, home insurance, and assorted other types of coverage.

Before covering insurance, Les spent many years in community journalism. He served as a reporter, editor, community editor, senior editor, managing editor, senior managing editor, regional editor, senior regional editor, and associate editorial director during his career for multiple publications and websites.

During his career, Les has covered health care, insurance, business, financial services, credit cards, content marketing, mortgages, real estate, and history to name just a few. He has also contributed to five books on baseball history.
